Terms of use
The service
ZeusOS is software gyms use to run their business, and Zeus Athlete is the app their members use. By using either, you agree to these terms. Your gym membership itself is an agreement between you and your gym, and your gym's membership terms govern it.
Your account
- Your gym invites you and controls your membership in its account.
- Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information and keep it current.
Payments
Payments you make through the app go to your gym and are processed by Stripe. Prices, refunds and cancellations are set by your gym. Questions about a charge go to your gym first.
Health and safety
Workouts, scores and any suggestions in the app are for general fitness information only and are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, and follow your coach's instructions in class.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt the service, copy or resell it, or post anything unlawful or abusive.
Our content
The software, design and names ZeusOS and Zeus Athlete belong to Chapters and Channels, LLC. Your gym owns its content, such as workouts and class names. You keep ownership of what you enter.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may update features. If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
Ending use
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time; see Delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Your gym may end your access when your membership ends.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and Chapters and Channels, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Apple and Google
These terms are between you and Chapters and Channels, LLC, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for the iOS app.
